Performance documentary highlights
01
Bodies stitched together into a whole
On the twilight grassy field, yoga practitioners are scattered around. With postures named after animals and the simulated sounds of nature by performers, people seem to enter the bodies of animals, awakening their own bodies in the jungle.
02
Sensing primal energy
In the dark exhibition hall, ancient chants and the sounds of a harp gradually rise and fall. People relax their bodies and minds in the candlelight, perceiving their breath. Through candlelight meditation and yoga vocal meditation, individuals delve into a deeper inner state, connecting with primal motives.
03
Dialogues with the Cedar Forest
Guarding the candlelight, re-entering the natural space, the world falls into complete silence, and the inner body and mind become clear and transparent. After layers of cleansing, the body and soul become pure and light. Facing the cedar forest by the lake, the clean and beautiful chanting flows between individuals and between humans and nature.
04
Meditative Dance
Returning to the grassy field where the ritual began, the ethereal tones of the handpan inspire fluid movements of the body. Then, spinning to the tunes of the violin, and finally, achieving complete unity of body and mind in the prayers of the shamanic drum. After the climax of the dance, lying on the grass in the evening breeze, feeling the convergence of "connection" in the final notes of the melody.
